1, check whether the output torque of the pneumatic actuator is matched with the valve body, if the rated output torque of the pneumatic actuator is less than the required torque of the valve body, there will be slow action or jitter phenomenon.
2, pneumatic ball valve check whether the air pressure of the air source of the pneumatic actuator can be too low, if the pneumatic ball valve is too low, the air pressure will be increased to 4~7 kg.
3, the valve or valve core assembly is too tight, resulting in the valve body required torque increase, reassemble the valve body.
4, pneumatic ball valve for single-acting pneumatic ball valve, if the loss of signal action is too slow or jitter phenomenon, you need to check the exhaust side.
